In the event estimates for labor and materials have been made, they shall not be considered binding. The charges shall be based on labor and materials actually supplied, calculated at the service rates listed below. Service rates are effective as of September 1, 2024. They are subject to change without prior notice.

Winter Boat Storage*
Storage rates include Haul, Cradle, and Launch.
Outside Storage: $65/foot
Inside Storage: $120/foot
Inside Heated Storage: $170/foot*

Mechanical: $90/hour
Welding/Machine Work: $85/hour
Fiberglass: $80/hour

Carpentry: $80/hour

Cleaning: $65/hour
All Other Work: $70/hour
Overtime Labor: Time and a Half
Summer Boat Storage
For boats not launched by September 1st, 40% of the Winter Storage Charge applies.

Travelift: $160/use*
Crane: $135/use*
Hydraulic Trailer: $160/use*
Forklift: $90/use*
Yard work Boat: $75/use*
Yard work Truck: $60/use*
Pressure Washer: $45/use*

Short-Term Boat Storage
The first week (or part thereof) is $30/day.
The next three weeks are $20/day.
Each additional day is $10/day.
Other Storage
Tenders, Inflatable Rafts: $300/each*
Use of Storage Locker/Crate: $300/year
*Plus labor for handling.
Environmental/Disposal
The Environmental Surcharge is 2.5% of the invoice.
Diesel Hazardous Waste: $15/gal.
Gas Hazardous Waste: $20/gal.
Shrink Wrap Disposal: $19/bag
Oil Hazardous Waste: $10/gal.
Mooring Rental
